Choice Fine Art is a gallery and licensed art retailer specializing in limited-edition and pop-culture artwork. I joined the company as an E-commerce and Digital Systems Assistant and quickly transitioned into the role of Platform Manager, where I oversaw the digital operations and helped bridge the gap between technology, marketing, and customer experience.

Tools
I leveraged analytics tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to uncover usability pain points and guide optimizations. For email marketing and campaign distribution, I used Onmisend. I managed social media content on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The website and e-commerce functionalities were built on Shopify, and I employed design tools like Photoshop/Canva to craft visual assets. Throughout, I coordinated operations, communications, and events using spreadsheets, internal workflow tools, and email systems.

Team
Worked directly with the CEO, with the Sales team, and with the shipping team.
My Role
At Choice Fine Art, I began as an E-commerce & Digital Systems Assistant and progressed to Platform Manager, overseeing email campaign creation, social media content, customer communications, and website operations. I used analytics to uncover friction points in user experience and implemented improvements to optimize conversion flow. Additionally, I supported gallery operations and event logistics, stepping in to staff openings, manage setups, and assist wherever needed to bridge the gap between the digital and physical sides of the business.
Impact
Through data-driven insights and hands-on management, I helped improve the site’s user experience and streamlined how the company engaged with customers online and offline. I also strengthened cross-functional communication between the digital, sales, and gallery teams, allowing for smoother coordination across events and daily operations.
